Job summary

A landscaping company in Singapore seeks a competent Supervisor to manage site operations and lead a team. The role involves manpower planning, landscape maintenance, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience, relevant certifications, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Min Secondary education with Certificate in Landscape Operations is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping.
• Excellent interpersonal skills is a must.
• Independent with good problem-solving skills.
• Good safety knowledge and Class 3 licence required.

Responsibilities

• Handle manpower planning and deploy manpower at site.
• Ensure landscape maintenance per customer’s requirements.
• Identify and prevent infestation of pests and diseases on trees and plants.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Lead and guide a team of gardeners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle manpower planning and deploying manpower at site
• Ensure landscape maintenance is done according to customer’s requirements and schedule
• Ability to identify and prevent infestation of pest and diseases on trees and plants.
• Do daily site inspection
• Able to lead and guide a team of gardeners on their maintenance jobs.
• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are complied with at the site.
• Ad hoc duties assign by Landscape Manager

Job Requirements:

• Min Secondary education with Certificate in Landscape Operations is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be independent and have good problem-solving skills
• Must possess good safety knowledge
• Good knowledge in using landscaping tools and equipment is preferred
