Job summary

Toh Chin Leong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Safety Officer to develop and maintain Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures for landscape and cleaning activities in Singapore. The role requires ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, NEA and Nparks regulations, and MOM guidelines.

You will conduct scheduled site inspections and safety audits, and maintain safety documentation with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety-related roles within landscaping or cleaning industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, NEA regulations, Nparks regulations and MOM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for landscape and cleaning activities.
• Conduct scheduled site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and rectify them.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, NEA and Nparks regulations and MOM guidelines.
• Maintain safety records and documentation with precision.

• 2.Ensure compliance with the workplace Safety and Health Act, NEA & Nparks regulations and MOM guidelines.
• 3. Conduct scheduled site inspections and safety audits to identify and rectify hazards.
• 4.MOM-registered WSHO or minimum Level B qualification.
• 5.At least 2 years of safety-related experience in landcaping,cleaning or related industry.
• 6.Managing work-at height certified
• 7.Familiar with hazards related to landscape maintenance,cleaning chemicals, machinery, and public areas.
• 8. Strong in safety documentation
• 9. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
