Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead premium outdoor spaces in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Plan and manage landscape projects with stakeholders, defining objectives and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate design meetings, permits, risk assessments, and contractor activities.
• Oversee on-site supervision, progress, and quality of workmanship.
• Monitor progress, safety, and environmental compliance across the project.
• Develop maintenance plans for operational readiness and landscape upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning, coordinating objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate meetings with designers, contractors, and other parties.
• On-site supervision and management of daily activities and quality control.
• Monitor progress, risks, and environmental/safety compliance.
• Plan landscape maintenance for ongoing readiness.
