Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Landscape Project Coordinator to coordinate detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

The role also involves reviewing plant-care designs, preparing progress reports, and evaluating plans from a horticultural perspective to offer practical recommendations; familiarity with NParks/NEA approvals is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Arboriculture or Horticulture required.
• Knowledge of NParks/NEA practices advantageous.
• Knowledge in hardscape and ABC Water Design advantageous.

• Coordinate detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants in compliance with projects requirements
• Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance
• Prepare, monitor and update landscaping progress reports
• Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide appropriate recommendation

Requirements

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Arboriculture/ Horticulture or equivalent with minimum 5 years in similar project
• Knowledge on Nparks & NEA practices in terms of seeking approval and submission procedures to all government agencies and authorities will be advantageous
• Knowledge in hardscape and ABC Water Design will be advantageous
