ONBEST PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Landscape Drafter to convert design concepts into precise construction drawings. You will produce site plans, grading, planting, and hardscape details, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

The role requires 1–5 years in landscape drafting, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD with Tianzheng plugins), and proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or Enscape for 3D visualization. Collaboration with architects and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Strong AutoCAD drafting proficiency (with Tianzheng plugins).
Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or Enscape for 3D modeling.
Understanding of landscape construction techniques and hardscape materials.
1–5 years landscape drafting experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Create detailed landscape construction drawings: site plans, grading, planting, hardscape details, cross-sections.
Develop design deepening into construction documents with accurate specs.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP professionals.
Support construction handovers, answer on-site questions, prepare design change documents.
Ensure compliance with local standards and building codes.
