Job summary

GAMUDA BERHAD SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to conduct site surveys, establish control points and prepare detailed survey records. You will operate Total Station, GNSS/GPS and leveling equipment, and process data in AutoCAD/Civil 3D to produce accurate drawings.

Next you will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure survey work meets project specifications, LTA requirements and safety standards, while maintaining quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in land surveying or geomatics is required.
Experience with Total Station, GNSS/GPS and leveling equipment is essential.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and survey data processing is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct site and construction surveys including setting-out coordinates and levels.
Establish survey control points and benchmarks.
Prepare as-built surveys, records, reports and drawings.
Ensure survey works comply with drawings, specs and safety standards.
Operate survey instruments (Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level).
Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or related software.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams on survey needs.
Monitor and verify compliance with project specs and LTA requirements.
