Job summary

FENG BUILDER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled LAND SURVEYOR to perform field surveys, prepare accurate plans, and support project teams from inception to completion.

You will conduct boundary and topographic surveys, set-out and leveling using Total Station and RTK GPS, and draft survey plans with AutoCAD/ZWCAD. You will liaise with contractors and authorities to ensure compliance and deliver thorough survey documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in site surveying for construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in operating surveying hardware (Total Station, RTK GPS) and survey drafting software (AutoCAD / ZWCAD).
• Good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Candidates with valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys including boundary, topographic, engineering, and boundary/cadastral mapping.
• Perform set-out, leveling, traverse, and site control surveys using Total Stations, RTK GPS, and modern surveying equipment.
• Process and analyze field data using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD / ZWCAD / GeoCAD) to produce accurate survey plans and drawings.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, project teams, and relevant authorities (e.g., SLA, BCA) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare survey reports, method statements, and technical documentation.
