Job summary

NTT Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build and operationalise enterprise data Lakehouse platforms and data products.

The role requires hands-on work with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python and SQL across cloud platforms and modern data architectures. You will design scalable batch and streaming pipelines, implement data quality controls, and collaborate with analytics, AI and GenAI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, Lakehouse or related domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spark, PySpark, Python and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Cloudera or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and operationalise enterprise data Lakehouse platforms.
• Develop scalable batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Spark, PySpark, Python and SQL.
• Develop reusable data products with data contracts, SLAs and data quality controls.
• Implement data quality frameworks and governance.
