Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. seeks Technical Executive(s) to support NP laboratories, studios, and facilities. You will manage daily technical operations, ensure equipment is prepared for sessions, assist lecturers, and coordinate with vendors for training and servicing.

You will also troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and inventory, support events, and help ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. The role requires proactive maintenance and coordination with NP teams.

Responsibilities

• Report to NP Representatives on the primary services specified in the Contract.
• Manage daily technical operations, ensure materials and equipment are prepared and in working condition prior to and after scheduled facility sessions.
• Assist lecturers with demonstrations of experiments, equipment, conduct trial run for practical classes and support Final Year Projects.
• Liaise with vendors on new product training and repair/servicing; assist in design, development, testing and implementation changes to labs and facilities.
• Perform basic in-house troubleshooting and coordinate with NP for repairs when needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to NP Representatives within 1 working day.
• Conduct regular upkeep of equipment and materials, including preventive maintenance and arranging vendor maintenance.
• Support availability and booking of facilities and systems as required.
• Maintain compliance with standards and procedures for laboratories and facilities.
• Be accountable for asset use and training environment per safety policies.
• Assist in inventory control and annual stock-take of assets and licensing.
• Maintain master inventory/asset records for audits and security.
• Assist sourcing vendors and prepare procurement specifications for equipment maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors on deliveries and verify goods received as per items and quantity.
• Support Workplace Safety and Health responsibilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate capability in operating and troubleshooting equipment; suggest alternatives to improve operations.
• Attend site visits during tender briefs to understand facilities and equipment to be supported.
• Assist in managing events showcasing NP laboratories and facilities.
