Job summary

Chemical Laboratory (Singapore) Private Limited is seeking a Quality Executive to support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the laboratory QMS, and assist the Laboratory Manager in ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

You will monitor quality indicators, coordinate non-conformances and CAPA, manage audits, and maintain documentation, risk registers and SOPs, enabling effective quality governance across the lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical or healthcare laboratory environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 15189 and MOH HCSA requirements for clinical labs.
• Experience in regulatory and accreditation audits and audit follow-up.
• Experience managing non-conformances, incidents and CAPA.
• Familiarity with monitoring lab quality indicators and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the laboratory QMS.
• Monitor laboratory quality indicators and KPIs, prepare quality reports.
• Coordinate non-conformances, incidents, complaints and CAPA; ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate audits and ensure relevant documentation and evidence are prepared.
• Maintain quality-related records, risk registers and corrective actions.
• Communicate quality requirements to laboratory sections and other departments.
