Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality & Compliance Lead for a North Singapore lab site. You will drive regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and the development of the Quality Management System, collaborating with clinical, laboratory and corporate stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years in a core lab environment, strong knowledge of QMS and risk management, and leadership capabilities to guide cross‑functional teams through audits and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
2–5 years in a core laboratory focusing on regulatory compliance, accreditation and QMS.
Strong understanding of risk management and QMS processes.
ASCP and/or ERM certification is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related IT tools.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (ISO 15189, CAP, CLIA, MOH).
Lead and coordinate internal, external and accreditation audits including preparation and follow-up.
Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and related policies and SOPs.
Monitor procedures and drive continuous quality improvement across lab operations.
Manage quality incidents, complaints, RCA and CAPA actions.
Track KRIs and support ERM and governance activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen quality, risk management and compliance.
Mentor team members to drive quality and risk initiatives.
