A leading laboratory services provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support laboratory operations and ensure efficient turnaround time for test results. The role involves coordinating with teams, handling customer queries, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. Candidates should have a Diploma in Chemistry or a related field, along with strong coordination and time management skills. Experience in a laboratory testing environment is preferred, and a customer-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry or related discipline.
• Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in laboratory testing setting.
• Positive working attitude.
• Team player and hardworking.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Good time management.
• Customer service-oriented and good people management.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Basic Mathematics and Chemistry skills.
• Familiar with handling practice of chemicals/solution/reagents.
• Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Familiarization with all Test Methods & Laboratory Procedures.
• Support and maintain the laboratory operations.
• Coordinate delivery and collections of samples.
• Review test results with the Diagnostic Team.
• Attend to customers' queries and provide quotations.
• Ensure error-free Reports with follow-up to customers.
