Job summary

KOA DENKO (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a flexible Warehouse Labelling Assistant to perform product labelling and sticker application according to specifications. You will inspect labels for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Based at 4 Clementi Loop #01-02, Singapore 129810, you will coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent tasks, maintain a clean labelling area, and assist with packing, sorting, and basic warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform product labelling and sticker application according to specifications.
• Ensure labels are accurate, clear, and compliant with customer/regulatory requirements.
• Inspect goods before and after labelling for quality and correctness.
• Coordinate with warehouse to prioritise urgent labelling tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the labelling area.
• Assist in packing, sorting and basic warehouse operations when required.
• Support annual inventory control activities such as stock counting.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
