Job summary

KOA DENKO (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a flexible Warehouse Labelling Assistant to perform product labelling and sticker application according to specifications. You will inspect labels for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Based at 4 Clementi Loop #01-02, Singapore 129810, you will coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent tasks, maintain a clean labelling area, and assist with packing, sorting, and basic warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product labelling and sticker application according to specifications.

• Coordinate with warehouse team to prioritize urgent labelling tasks.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the labelling area.


• Assist in packing, sorting, and basic warehouse operations when required.


• Support annual inventory control activities such as annual stock counting.


• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Ad Hoc & Versatility Requirements:

• Provide support across different warehouse functions (e.g. picking and put to storage).


• Handle urgent or last-minute tasks assigned by supervisors/Manager.


• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.


• Work collaboratively with different departments when necessary.
