Job summary

KANTO KAGAKU (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a chemist with a diploma to join the QC lab. No prior experience is required, but familiarity with lab equipment is a plus, and a willingness to learn is essential.

You will carry out tests per procedures, collect data and prepare reports for method validation and GR&R, procure equipment and consumables, maintain calibration and 5S housekeeping, and drive continuous improvement under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in chemistry or related field.
• No experience required; some experience with lab equipment is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and adapt to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all tests in accordance with procedures and lab protocols.
• Collect data and summarize reports for method validation, GR&R, etc.
• Procurement of laboratory equipment, kits and consumables.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the lab.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
