Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level qualification or relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of workplace and equipment safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different groups of people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical and hands-on with basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge or experience in plant care and maintenance is an advantage.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support practical learning activities through preparation and maintenance of materials and equipment.
• Assist with upkeep of designated outdoor areas and plant-related activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards for work areas and equipment.
• Support inventory management, stock checks, ordering, deliveries, invoices and record-keeping.
• Perform basic maintenance and simple repairs of equipment and learning materials.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.
