Responsibilities

(Actual daily deliverables):

  • Prepare, label, and organize chemical or biological samples for testing and analysis.
  • Conduct standard laboratory tests according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of SPC data and communicate findings to the production or quality teams.
  • Record chemical top-up activities accurately, maintaining detailed logs of chemical quantities added to equipment or processes to ensure proper inventory management and compliance with safety protocols.
Required Experience and Qualifications

(Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

  • Associate degree or diploma in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry.
  • 0–2 years of laboratory experience (internships, co-ops, or academic lab work may qualify).
  • Familiarity with common laboratory techniques and instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures precisely.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of lab safety protocols and proper PPE use.
