Job summary

You will partner with automation engineers, analyze process data, and drive continuous improvement using AI-assisted insights while maintaining documentation and training records for audits. This entry-level role welcomes 0–1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related engineering discipline
• Understanding in semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes
• Understanding in reliability tests such as thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, and reflow; and/or device reliability test such as HTOL, ELFR, HNBTI etc.
• Familiarity with quality systems, process control, and audit requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A mindset that emphasizes continuous improvement, and striving for excellence
• Candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• New lab enablement and lead qualification for new equipment or layout changes
• Coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement
• Maintain and improve POR for reliability tests, ensuring SOPs and quality systems compliance
• Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions
• Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error-proofing and reduce manual touchpoints
• Support audits by maintaining documentation, training records, and compliance evidence
• Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness
