Job summary

NTU’s Earth Observatory of Singapore and Asian School of the Environment seek a proactive professional to ensure our research laboratories and office facilities are safe, compliant, and efficient. You will work with stakeholders to achieve operational and strategic objectives while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in laboratory operations, facilities management, or safety administration.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations relevant to research and labs, preferably in an IHL setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratories equipment maintenance and certification, ensuring safe working condition and compliance with local regulations and OEM requirements.
• Coordinate with service engineers, vendors and contractors for lab maintenance, repairs, and site surveys.
