Job summary

taikisha (singapore) pte. ltd. is looking for a proactive Facilities Management Lead to oversee the maintenance and operations of a high-performance laboratory and office facility in Singapore. The successful candidate will coordinate facility services, manage maintenance programs, supervise vendors, and ensure critical building systems operate smoothly.

Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in a related field and possess 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge of facility operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and building maintenance planning.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and maintenance vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage facility services and maintenance programs.
• Prepare and present operational reports to clients.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules.
