Job summary
SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer for the Thin Film department to support startup, maintenance and related activities for daily production.
You will be responsible for uptime, tool ownership, parts management and continuous improvement to meet operation targets. The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering and at least 3 years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, with knowledge of AMAT Centura and other AMAT tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience with startup, maintenance and optimization of thin film equipment.
- Knowledge of AMAT tools and wafer fabrication processes.
Responsibilities
- Support CVD/PVD equipment startup and maintenance to meet production targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement for uptime, yield and productivity.
- Lead or participate in equipment downtime reduction and parts management.
