Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd invites applications for a QA Laboratory role in our state-of-the-art facility on Jurong Island. You will support chemists, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to production goals through rigorous testing and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology with at least 3 years of lab experience; a Chemistry degree is welcome. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology with minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience in the chemical industry.
• Degree in Chemistry is welcome but not required.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and technicians to test and analyze polyolefin products using advanced analytical equipment.
• Maintain accurate safety records and quality management documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
• Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and coordinate with technicians for repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist Sales and Production teams in troubleshooting and technical investigations.
• Participate in ISO certification and safety activities to maintain a compliant work environment.

Job description

• Salary: Up to $3,300 + Fixed Allowances $280 (Entry Level Degree Holder)
• Company Benefits: Permanent Role, AWS & Performance Bonus
• Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Willing to perform overtime on alternate Sat / Sun with duty allowances provided)

Your Role:

As part of Quality Assurance (QA) Section, you will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory, assisting the chemist to uphold the highest safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your work will directly support our production processes, helping to achieve the company’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of analysts and technicians to conduct testing and analysis of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products using sophisticated analytical and testing equipment.
• Ensure procedures, safety records, and quality management systems are kept accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment, performing basic troubleshooting or coordinating with technical representatives for repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work with Sales and Production teams to assist in troubleshooting and conducting technical investigations.
• Participate in laboratory ISO certification and safety activities, maintaining a safe and regulation-compliant work environment.

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology with minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experiences within chemical industry
• Degree in Chemistry are welcome to apply
