As an L3 Network Engineer supporting AMK Technology on an on-site basis in Loyang, Singapore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise network troubleshooting, migration execution, firewall administration, and technical mentorship for L1/L2 engineering squads. Your day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complex Tier-3 network incidents, managing multi-vendor routing and switching gear, configuring Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, executing root-cause analyses (RCA), collaborating with global IT infrastructure teams, and interacting directly with professional recruiters like Farah Zahari.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced Tier-3 (L3) network troubleshooting, diagnosis, and rapid incident resolution across enterprise environments.


• Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN topologies, virtual local area networks (VLANs), spanning tree protocols (STP), and VPN tunnels.


• Administer, monitor, and secure Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall infrastructure, IPsec VPNs, and access control lists.
