Job summary

The role covers handling incidents, installations, break/fix activities and supporting change-controlled network deployments, with close collaboration with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely resolutions and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cisco Routing & Switching experience.
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI is required.
• Experience with F5 LTM / Load Balancers.
• Experience in enterprise banking or large-scale networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network infrastructure and escalated incidents.
• Perform network configuration, installation, break/fix and problem resolution.
• Handle tasks end-to-end and ensure timely completion per project.
• Support network design, configuration and change windows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, escalate complex problems.
• Support network implementations and ownership of installation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and project records.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors for resolution.

• Support network design, configuration and change activities within defined change windows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams or third parties.
• Support network implementations and take ownership of assigned installation activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and project-related records.
• Work closely with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Conduct basic technical presentations and provide updates to stakeholders when required.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Working knowledge of Cisco ACI.
• Experience with F5 LTM / Load Balancers.
• Good understanding of network troubleshooting, configuration and incident management.
• Exposure to enterprise network environments, preferably banking or large-scale infrastructure.
