Job summary

UBS is seeking a KYC Specialist to join our team in a demanding, stakeholder-focused environment. You will act as the subject matter expert for KYC queries from Client Advisors and Market Team Heads on complex cases, while owning end-to-end KYC activities and ensuring top-quality documentation.

You will also support the team in managing PKR volume spikes across Front Service Office, contributing to timely remediation and process improvements within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the KYC subject matter expert for CA and MTH queries on complex cases.
• Own end-to-end operational KYC activities, including periodic renewals, ensuring documentation quality.

The team

We’re looking for a KYC Specialist to:

• be the KYC subject matter expert and specialized practitioner for Client Advisor (CA) and Market Team Head (MTH) queries on complex cases
• own the end‑to‑end operational KYC activities (including periodic renewals) and validate to ensure that all documentation provided are of the highest quality
• support team members to clear PKR volume spikes across Front Service Oice (FSO)
