Job summary

InternSG is seeking a KYC Intern to support our compliance program in Singapore. You will assist with KYC reviews for individuals and corporate clients and help maintain accurate due diligence records.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, handle name screening, and support periodic reviews, with emphasis on accuracy, timely delivery, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting KYC reviews for individual and corporate clients, including reviewing client documentation and performing name screening in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support periodic reviews of existing individual and corporate accounts to ensure customer due diligence (CDD) information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Assist in managing and investigating name screening alerts, including assessing potential matches and escalating findings where necessary.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
