IQ-EQ Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support KYC data input and ongoing name screening initiatives within our Investor Services group. You will ensure accurate maintenance of KYC information and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline daily compliance activities.

Ideal candidates have experience in KYC or related governance disciplines, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in KYC, due diligence, or business management preferred.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Input and maintain investor data to support name screening and maintain KYC records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support KYC operations and compliance.
• Organize and file KYC documents to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Identify money laundering, sanctions and PEP risks via screening and adverse media checks, escalate as needed.
• Develop understanding of financial crime frameworks and internal KYC standards.
