Job summary

PhillipCapital is seeking a Manager or Assistant Manager for the Client Onboarding Team to lead KYC/CDD initiatives. The role focuses on onboarding and ongoing due diligence for individual and corporate clients in line with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of KYC/CDD experience, strong MAS AML/CFT knowledge, and hands-on SOW corroboration. Excellent analytical and communication skills are required to drive compliant onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC/CDD, preferably in financial services.
• Solid knowledge of MAS AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience in Source of Wealth corroboration and documentation.
• Experience handling complex client profiles and SOW reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review KYC/CDD for individual and corporate clients to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform screening, risk assessments, and Enhanced Due Diligence where applicable.
• Implement and enhance onboarding controls and workflows to improve turnaround times.
• Address onboarding issues and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Serve as first-level escalation for complex or high-risk cases with clear guidance.
