Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is hiring an Analyst - KYC/CDD (Private Banking) to join our Relationship Management team. You will support onboarding and ongoing reviews for HNW/UHNW clients, partnering closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.

You will draft CDD narratives, validate documentation, and ensure activities comply with AML and regulatory standards, contributing to smooth client engagement and risk-controlled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years' relevant work experience in banking or financial services with exposure to KYC/CDD processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Solid understanding of private banking products and services.
• Experience producing CDD/KYC narratives for onboarding and reviews.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver CDD for HNW/UHNW clients, ensuring onboarding and reviews.
• Draft and finalize comprehensive CDD reports covering client profiles, ownership structures, source of wealth, activity, and risk assessments.
• Collect, validate, and perform quality checks on KYC documentation, addressing gaps to maintain accurate client records.
• Oversee case pipelines and timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet service levels and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure all KYC/CDD activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
