Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to recruit a KYC Analyst on a contract role through Dec 2026, with potential extension or conversion.

The role requires strong knowledge of Source of Wealth and Funds, and the ability to perform high-quality KYC reviews, identify gaps, and support front office and relationship managers. You will liaise with Compliance and auditors on control matters.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years AML and SoW experience in private banking.
• Knowledge of AML risks in private banking.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to handle contentious issues.
• Investigative mindset and plausibility testing.

Responsibilities

• Review client source of wealth and funds for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify gaps in SoW and obtain corroboration.
• Coordinate with relationship managers to obtain documentation.
• Prepare SoW write-ups and report to remediation lead.
• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders on audit matters.
• Compile CDD related MIS.
