Job summary

Paradise Oriental Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Kitchen Crew role to support daily food preparation and service. You will assist with basic prep, ensure the kitchen has supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization in line with SOPs.

Under the Head Chef, you will uphold hygiene and safety practices, contribute to a collaborative team, and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Kitchen Crew.
• Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards.
• Able to carry out tasks quickly and competently.
• Able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation.
• Ensure the kitchen section has necessary supplies and is kept clean.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
• Use initiative and work in a team.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures.
• Take on other appropriate duties as assigned.

Report to the Head Chef

Assist the Kitchen staff to do basic food preparation

Ensure the Kitchen section have everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen

Assist in managing cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area

Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to

Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
