Job summary

You will report unsafe conditions to the Head Chef, follow hygiene standards, assist chefs, and carry out other duties as assigned. The role requires adherence to recipes and kitchen guidelines to keep the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Sort, stack, and store cleaned items properly.
• Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to Head Chef.
• Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations.
• Assist in food preparation and strictly follow the recipes provided.
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• To perform other duties as assigned.
