OLA-OLA, a contemporary Tex-Mex restaurant in Marina One East Tower, Singapore, is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward/dishwasher. You will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and managing waste to ensure smooth service.

Applicants should be PR or Singaporean. The role is based on site in Singapore's CBD, with duties including stock organization and ensuring a clean, efficient dishwashing area for the team.

Mansioni

• Setting up and stocking up stations with all necessary supplies: getting the dish pit ready, setting up proper sinks, and ensuring the cooking line is fully stocked.
• Cleaning up station and managing waste: scraping, washing, sanitising plates, glassware, cutlery, and heavy cookware.
• Arranging and organizing kitchenware: sorting and stacking clean items back into designated storage areas.
• Handling stock inventory: organizing incoming deliveries of cleaning supplies and janitorial items into storage areas.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness: keeping the dishwashing area clean, sweeping/mopping floors at shift end.
