Job summary

OUE Restaurants is seeking a dedicated kitchen crew member to support daily operations in the assigned station. You will prepare raw materials, execute menu items to the Head and Executive Chef’s standards, and help with station setup and break-down.

You'll also assist chefs with tasks, receive and store ingredients, label stock, monitor levels, and maintain cleanliness and order. Continuous learning of techniques and new ingredients is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Set up work station, prepare raw materials and execute menu items to the Head and Executive Chef specifications.
• Assist Executive/Sous Chefs with daily tasks; receive and store ingredients per restaurant best practices.
• Label products and monitor storage inventory; track stock levels.
• Sterilize kitchen equipment and sanitize workstation at shift end.
• Study recipe cards for assigned station and ensure equipment/materials are available.
• Keep the station sanitized and orderly throughout service.
• Continue training in advanced cooking techniques and unfamiliar ingredients.
