Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery in Singapore is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain cleanliness across our stores, kitchen and restrooms. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces and keeping all areas tidy and safe for customers and staff.

The role expects a physically fit candidate, a six-day workweek with weekends, and flexibility to work at multiple outlets including our Central Kitchen. You will also handle waste disposal according to store and authority standards and must

Qualifications

• Physically fit.
• Willing to work 6 days including weekends with off day on a weekday.
• Willing to work at different outlets/locations including Central Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, polishing the stores, bar, kitchen and equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all surfaces, serving ware, dish ware are clean and sanitized.
• Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste as per store and authority standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
