Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation and meal production to meet scheduled timelines.
• Wash, cut, peel, portion, and prepare ingredients following recipes and portion standards.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout food handling processes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, workstations, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Check food labels, quantities, and temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize food wastage by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete meal production efficiently and on time.
• Follow company safety and security procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
