Job summary

Aromara Asia is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations and food preparation in Singapore. You will help prep ingredients, assist with basic cooking duties, and support the kitchen team during service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, store supplies properly, and follow food safety and workplace safety procedures in a fast-paced, spice-rich environment that may be non-airconditioned. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in non-aircon environment with heavy smell from spices.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Best to be Level 1 Food Hygiene certified.
