Job summary

Nexus Kitchen Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, packing, and station duties. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety compliance in all kitchen areas.

You will receive, store, and replenish ingredients, help with stock checks, and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations, along with general housekeeping as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Assist in food preparation, packing, and daily kitchen operations.
• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Receive, store, and replenish ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties assigned by Management.
