Job summary

Berrygood F&B Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a diligent kitchen helper to support daily operations by maintaining hygiene in food preparation areas and assisting the cook.

Responsibilities include washing and storing cooking appliances and utensils, preparing ingredients, washing and cutting produce, poultry and meat, and handling hot beverages as needed.

You'll also sweep and mop kitchen floors, unload deliveries, organize storage, and transfer ingredients from storage to the kitchen as directed.

Responsibilities

• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
• Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
• Transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.
• Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot beverages.
