Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure a warm, welcoming environment for children, and maintain safety and hygiene across the centre while communicating effectively with parents and team. Strong leadership and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Early Childhood expertise and leadership for daily centre operations.
• Ensure teachers provide a warm and welcoming environment for children to feel invited.
• Supervise staff to ensure safety and hygiene for the centre and its occupants.
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Maintain good communication with the parents and staff.
• Review and improve the centre's policies, philosophy, and procedures.
