Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse on the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience handling complex cases and working in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the centre.
• Ensure compliance with MOH and SNB nursing standards.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and care pathways.
• Lead a team of multidisciplinary staff with care planning.
• Address resident and family concerns by providing clinical guidance.
• Plan staff allocation across shifts.
• Oversee operations in Day care & Rehabilitation centre and foster a positive work environment.
• Schedule staff for professional development and planning.
• Maintain training records and administrative documents.
