Job summary

LUXASIA invites students pursuing a Degree or Master’s to join its Internship Programme in Singapore, a high-impact experience at a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company shaping digital consumer experiences.

You’ll explore digitization, customer analytics, digital marketing strategies, and financial management issues while supporting human resources, talent acquisition, social media, product marketing, customer experience, operations, and supply chain across the business.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, business reviews, and performance analysis.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and replenishment to ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing listing forms, price files, promotional submissions, and other commercial documentation.
• Track promotion timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support store-related requests, including merchandising updates, display implementation, and issue resolution.
• Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and internal business reviews.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

The LUXASIA Internship Programme is designed for those who are currently pursuing a Degree or Master's degree to gain experience and exposure working in a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company that continuously creates remarkable digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions for our Consumers. Our Internship Programme is a high business-impact programme that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes.

This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.
