Job summary

This internship sits within the Fund Management platform, focusing on asset management related to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.

The intern will assist in related asset management activities and liaise with stakeholders for data centre research, analysis and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance or other relevant degree with strong writing and numeric skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Genuine interest in asset management & real estate.
• Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in related asset management activities for the REIT.
• Liaise with stakeholders to conduct data centre research, analysis and financial modelling.
• Learn fundamentals of managing data centre assets in different jurisdictions.
• Gain exposure to opportunities in internal/external stakeholders management, vendors and other asset level management teams.
• Gain experience in financial and operational management of data centre in a REIT.

• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholders management, vendors and other asset level management teams
• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centre in a REIT
