It is focused on sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large‑scale integrated developments.

Keppel South Central is a brand new Prime Grade Office Building located in Tanjong Pagar. This internship opportunity provides meaningful hands‑on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience and learn about asset management and building operations. This internship role is a dual role covering 2 key aspects of running and managing the asset: 1) Leasing, 2) Operations. The intern will be responsible in the following:

• Be fully involved in the asset operations in Keppel South Central, including but not limited to conducting visits by prospective tenants, engaging and servicing existing tenants on their building and space requirements.
• Manage and work with the outsourced facilities management companies to ensure that the building runs well befitting of a brand new prime grade building bearing Keppel’s name.
• Engage the external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.
• Assist in driving operation excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures such as tenant fitout guide and leasing processes to provide meaningful ideas that may create value for process improvements.
• Seek out new alternative revenue streams for the building, including marketing and placemaking programmes, and organise programmes/initiatives/events to create a vibrant community and signature activities for the building.
• Plan and execute tenants’ onboarding and work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter score.
• Ad‑hoc assignments, e.g. new initiatives as may be reasonably requested by HQ or the Department Head from time to time.

• Have a good understanding of leasing and operations processes that creates a strong foundation for a future career in real estate.
• Be equipped with the fundamentals of real estate operations and asset management on the ground, e.g. revenue, operations, and cost, that build the foundation of real estate investment and asset management.
