Qualifications

• Familiarity with 5S principles, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively trigger related parties and collaborate across engineering, production teams and external stakeholders.
• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute daily 5S activities to ensure the production line is organized, safe, and fully compliant with company standards.
• Oversee the proper storage and tracking of tools, materials, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) items.
• Support internal and external audits by strictly complying with company rules, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Handle complex test configurations and perform software loading strictly in accordance with customer specifications.
• Monitor rack test statuses closely, ensuring timely intervention and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders for swift resolution.
• Assist engineering teams with pilot run orders and collaborate to resolve product-related technical issues.
• Provide daily updates on active orders and maintain a highly organized line environment.
• Compile, analyze, and generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Actively participate in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement (CR) projects
• Identify and feedback issues to the production team to streamline logistics and minimize downtime
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned to support business & operational needs
