Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, repair or install equipment at customer facilities across Singapore. The role requires willing travel islandwide and a hands-on approach to technical issues.

You will investigate customer reports, conduct on-site training on safe operation and maintenance of equipment, and process spare part orders while promoting service contracts with clients.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Willing to travel islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair or install equipment at customer facilities.
• Investigate and resolve technical customer issues.
• Conduct training for customers on safe equipment operation and maintenance.
• Process spare part orders and promote service contracts.

Job description

Info can be shared ATM: -

• Basic UP $3500 (W Exp) + Transport Allowance + VB
• 5 days (Office hour)
• Kaki Bukit (East)

Responsibilities: -

• Diagnose, repair or install new or modified equipment at customer facilities
• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues
• Conduct training for customers on the safe operations of equipment & maintenance
• Process spare part order and promote service contract with customer.
