Job summary

INTERNATIONAL BRANDS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Trade Marketing professional in Singapore to support channel sales. You will plan, coordinate, and execute retail displays, POSM, roadshows and product launches from your desk to on-site setups.

You’ll work with a remote designer, manage vendors, and ensure retailer specs and brand guidelines are met. This role blends desk work with field installations and some weekend events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in trade marketing, VMD, POSM, retail display or events.
• Experience running real setups or installations, not just coordinating via email.
• Strong visual eye with ability to sketch or brief a designer clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop display, gondola and POSM concepts with our remote designer, from rough idea to final artwork.
• Brief clearly, give sharp feedback, and ensure artwork meets retailer specs and brand guidelines.
• Manage vendors from quotation to production and installation.
• Attend installations and check that displays go up as planned.
• Visit stores regularly to check execution and flag issues to the Channel team.
• Plan and run roadshows, pop-ups and product launches.
• Handle logistics: manpower, stock, materials, timelines and on‑the‑day setup.
• Be on‑site to set up and run events, including some evenings and weekends.
• Own the trade marketing calendar and keep projects on schedule.
• Get quotes, track budgets and report progress to the Channel Lead and Sales.
• Guide interns when needed.
• Coordinate product seeding and influencer sample logistics for in-store activations
• Outreach to influencers for Trade Marketing related activations
