Job summary

Achieve Group's client, a global commodities trading firm, invites applications for a driven Junior Trader to join the Singapore team. Develop into front-office trading with exposure to physical commodities, dry bulk, commercial operations or shipping.

You will support spot and term transactions, monitor market fundamentals, and build regional market intelligence while collaborating with Operations, Risk and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in physical commodities trading, dry bulk, commercial operations, shipping or related field.
• Strong interest in a long-term career in physical commodities trading.
• Good understanding of commodity markets, trade flows and commercial drivers.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
