Qualifications

• Entry level or 1 year of experience in a consulting firm or in a role involving structured problem-solving, analysis, or project work.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, sciences, or a related discipline.
• Interest and exposure to consulting across business, operations, technology, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-structuring abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear, logical presentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Desire to learn and build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with research, data analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Develop insights and prepare client-ready materials (presentations, reports, simple dashboards).
• Help gather and document requirements via interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and status trackers.
• Coordinate follow-ups and support basic project administration to ensure tasks progress on time.
• Build knowledge of industry trends and consulting methods; contribute to internal research and project inputs when required.
• Work effectively with team members across functions and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset.
