Job summary

You will help manage stock, support staff, and participate in opening shifts, trainings, and briefings, contributing to memorable guest experiences through attentive service and consistent dish execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant food service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and coordinate with chefs.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and directing kitchen operations to ensure smooth production.
• Help manage stock purchasing, receiving, and storage.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across work areas.
• Support other kitchen staff and supervise activity as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training cooks.
• Ensure dishes meet quality, quantity, and temperature specifications.
